Welcome to our website!
I'm very excited to be starting my second year as principal of McCabe Elementary. I have been in education over 17 years and am excited to be part of the McCabe Elementary Aztec family.
A little about myself - I have been married to my husband Ricardo for 26 years, am a mother of three children: Karina, Ricardo, and Brandi, and am also the proud grandparent of 1 grandson, Ezra! We are excitedly awaiting the arrival of an addition to our family - a grand daughter in December 2014!
My philosophy of education is that all students have a right to get a quality education. I also feel strongly in that it is every child's right to be safe and comfortable in our classrooms.
As educators we are our students advocates, therefore I will consistently advocate for the well being of our students.
I look forward to meeting each and every one of you soon.
